CLE: Reading Reports or Devising Doubt? Intentional Collaboration with Experts to Build Theory.

Forensic discovery can incorporate science and technology spanning many different fields of expertise. That discovery is often presented at face value, but under the surface flaws can affect reliability. However, clients need their public defenders to take an active role in the construction of referral questions and the deconstruction of discovery. This CLE offers a method to do that. With Peter Conley and Emily Barclay.
