Effective defense requires more than just legal expertise-- it requires a holistic approach that centers our clients, emphasizes collaboration, and focuses on the root causes of system involvement. This CLE will examine the holistic defense framework, collaboration with other members of the defense team, and look at how mitigation contributes to holistic defense. This CLE will examine how the interdisciplinary team centers and benefits clients to help achieve better legal outcomes and meaningful defense.
