The Kansas Sentencing Commission has developed an application for completing legal filings, such as Journal Entries and Presentence Investigation Reports, online. The new app, called KSApp, allows for easy submission of these documents between court services officers, defense counsel, prosecutors, and judges. This application will streamline communication between counsel and the courts when changes need to be made to Journal Entries and will soon be required for submitting such legal forms. This online training is a great opportunity to learn about the app and how to use KSApp. The same presentation will be given on January 8th and January 15th, so attendees can choose the date that works best for their calendar. Presented by John Grube, Research Director for the Kansas Sentencing Commission.
