The Training Department and Angela Holzmeister, a Mitigation Specialist in our Capital Appeals Office, would like to invite you to join us as we explore the need for intentional workplace orientation, based on management data and scholarship. The presentation will also explore the connections between orientation and team cohesion and employee retention. The talk will round out with practical suggestions for increasing orientation effectiveness.
