Stress management for lawyers. An 8-week practice of mindfulness techniques written by lawyers for lawyers to combat the effects of stress, reduce anxiety and increase fulfillment both in and out of the office. The presentation gives a hands-on 8-week guide of incorporating mindfulness and reviews the Kansas Rules of Professional Conduct frequently violated when attorneys aren’t practicing emotional wellness habits. The presentation ends with a review of KALAP services to assist attorneys who would like more assistance with the techniques discussed.
