Jail Credit is an issue that can be more complicated than it seems. The Appellate Defender Office will help attorneys understand some of the most common legal issues that arise around jail credit that they see on appeal. Further, the Appellate Defender Office will talk about changes to jail credit that are likely to arise from the passage of House Bill 2444 and how we can prepare.
