This conference will be held April 21 and 22nd, 2026, from approximately 8:30 a.m. to 5 p.m. on the 21st, and 8:30 a.m. to 4 p.m. on the 22nd, and will include the opportunity for up to 10 hours of CLE credit (approval pending). The conference is free to all state-employed public defenders and staff, and will be held at the DoubleTree by Hilton in Lawrence. The same hotel will be used for lodging (not eligible for BIDS-paid hotel if you work in Topeka, Lawrence, or Kansas City). The hotel is located at 200 McDonald Drive, Lawrence, Kansas.
