Angela Holzmeister, Mitigation Specialist for CADO, will present this informative Power Hour on the importance of workplace friendships and suggest ways to build relationships at work. The talk is grounded in Aristotle's philosophy of friendship, found in his Nicomachean Ethics, and offers practical ways to increase employee engagement, satisfaction and psychological safety.

Angela has a PhD in Classics and was a university professor for a decade, teaching classes in Ancient Greek and Latin, as well as courses on the philosophies of friendship, general ethics, and business ethics. Angela also has an MBA, concentrating in Management.
