How to Use the NHTSA Student Manuals to Your Clients’ Advantage (1 Hour CLE Credit)

In the second of this two-part DUI series, Kansas City area criminal defense attorney, Adam Stolte, will talk about how you can use the National Highway Traffic Safety Administration’s student manuals to further challenge roadside testing on your client’s behalf.

A Navy veteran and Washburn Law graduate, Adam spent four years as an Assistant Appellate Defender with the Kansas Appellate Defender Office before transitioning to private practice. He specializes in criminal and DUI defense.

This CLE is approved for 1 hour of credit. It is $25 for assigned counsel, free for state-employed public defenders, and not open to prosecutors. Register here.
