CLE: Generative AI in Legal Practice: Opportunities and Ethical Challenges presented by Amanda Voth, Deputy Disciplinary Administrator

This one-hour CLE will introduce generative artificial intelligence, outlining some capabilities and practical applications for attorneys. The program will examine several Kansas Rules of Professional Conduct, with a focus on the duties of competence, confidentiality, and supervision. Attendees will also explore recent cases where the use of generative AI has led to ethical challenges, and gain practical guidance on how to avoid similar pitfalls in their own practice.
