Carter Jones from the Northeast Kansas Conflicts Office will share and discuss two draft bond motions available to BIDS attorneys on Talent LMS. Jeff Stein and Cody Cutting from Civil Rights Corps will present about a new partnership with BIDS to advocate for habeas relief when traditional bond arguments are not successful.
